LittleThingSheWear does not accept refunds, but we accept product returns / product replacement with the following conditions:
1. The product received is wrong.
2. The product received is damaged within a span of 2 x 24 hours.
3. There are inequalities between invoice letters and products.
If things are mentioned above, for numbers 1 and 3 the expedition tariff will be borne by LittleThingSheWear. For number 2, the expedition tariff will be discussed with the customer regarding the condition when the product is damaged.
